By monitoring your cardiovascular strain and training impulse (TRIMP) alongside HRV recovery data from Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or Garmin, ATHETIC prevents overtraining and optimizes your peak performance windows.
Yes! ATHETIC seamlessly integrates with Apple Health (iOS), Google Health Connect (Android), Garmin Connect, Whoop 4.0, Oura Ring, and Wear OS devices. It automatically pulls Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Heart Rate, Active Calories, Sleep Stages, and VO2 Max in real time across iOS and Android without selling or sharing your sensitive health data with any third parties.
Subscriptions are securely managed through StoreKit via your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android). To change or cancel your subscription at any time, open your device's Account Settings > Subscriptions > ATHETIC, or access settings directly inside the ATHETIC app under Profile > Membership.
Absolutely. ATHETIC features complete offline workout logging and local database caching. You can track your exercises, sets, weights, and rest timers in offline mode (e.g. in gyms with poor reception). All logged performance metrics will automatically sync to your cloud profile as soon as an internet connection is restored.
